It has come to my acknowledge that many of you have no clue on who RBD is or what it is. Well to help one out on what RBD is or what it means, I'll be explaining it on a one on one(or 411) explanation of every member/fan including. Well RBD is a Mexican Pop Group that was founded back in two thousand four by Pedro Damian. The group is based on a Mexican soap opera that was as well based on another soap opera but from Argentina called Ere way. As an RBD fan I do not really acknowledge that soap show. Anyways, the soap show took off its season one and was aired everyday of the week for about three years consistently. The soap show was called REBELDE. It had six main characters; Roberta Pardo, Miguel Arango, Mia Collucci, Diego Bustamante, Luipta Fernandez, & Giovanni Mendez Lopez. The soap opera was produced by Televisa. The concept of the show was to have teenagers going to a prestigious private institution near the capital of Mexico, Mexico City, and live their lives in a rebellion way or sort of manner. Each character was portrayed as some what of a high schools stereotype teenager. You had the crazy, pompous person, the gist and talented one, the rebellious person, the attractive one, the shy one, the slutty one, and so on. The show was a major success all over Mexico as well as in Latin America, USA, Romania, Spain, And other European countries as well. In the next discussion I will speak about my Favorite character of them all, Roberta Pardo. Which was played very well by Dulce Maria. If any of you are fans of theirs such as myself then i suggest to google club rebels and add their myspace page, the one where they have last logged in in this month of this year 2008. Also you might as well add them and visit their official website.
*Note: This soa opera was successful because it delt with several issue concerning teenagers, such as divorce, seperation of parents, eating disorder, sexuality preference, son/daughter relationship with parents and so on.
