As I was reading another user's comments about Jesus and how we must follow his teachings I was very struck by the claims that he had predicted very much of the evils which have come to be true in todays world. I believe the writer named war between nations, murder, and homosexuality.
Fact of the matter is that anyone with a brain could've predicted this happening in the future, it would be as easy to predict people would love in the future. Honestly, which one of those ideas above was radical? All three were extremely prevelant in the past as well as even in the bible. So Jesus a great prophet? Don't think so, he merely understood human nature, and he managed to use the ambiguous calls to make himself look genius. Hmm.... kinda sounds like Nostradamus.
This brings me to just one more thing that upset me while I was reading the post. I'm not gonna lie to you, I'm not the most open-minded person, it does make uncomfortable at times to be around homosexuals. But the post I read had the nerve to call homosexuality an evil and LISTED IT WITH MURDER AND WAR! We need to help people open their minds on this issue. Face it homosexuality does not hurt anyone, not to mention that it is probable that it is controlled by DNA. HAHA THIS IS THE MOST IRONIC PART. If it really is in fact controlled by DNA, good chance of this, then the bible is full of it. How can God love all of his creations and at the same time hate homoexuality? APPARENTLY GOD DIDN"T KNOW WHAT DNA WAS! So seriously get off the idea that homosexuality is wrong because God said so. Your beliefs simply don't add up.

This is an extremely rude comment to people of religion. Just becuase you choose not to believe in God or Jesus does not mean others cannot. You need to think a little before you write such offensive titles.

On the contrary, calling Jesus a phony is absolutely no more extreme than calling him a savior. And as to the God part, if homosexuality were against his teaching then that would mean that he did not know how to create human beings the right way since sexuality is usually determined through one's genetic make-up.
But just to get it straight, are you telling me it is rude to call them something other than what you think they are?
First, please use the reply button. Second, since god and Jesus are not registered users on the sight, it isn't against the rules to insult them. However, when you say things so blatantly, you are mostly just going to get responses about how you're being rude or about how you hate god or whatnot, if you get responses at all. So, I wouldn't advise it.

That is not my point. I am a very open minded person and if you choose not to believe in God and Jesus then that is your choose. All am saying is that the way you are coming at your arguement does not have to be so insulting, you can do it in an intelligent way.
