i just read this article about a teenager "lovesick" girl ran her car into another in hope of suicide.
i'm not one to bash suicide, own of my aunt's died by taking her own life, but why would you run your car into anothers? why not a tree? honestly...i mean why another car? because she just killed someone, she committed murder, and i dont care how bad your life is, suicide is never the way, but if you decide that it is, whatever, dont kill yourself in anyway that involves another person, i mean sure i wouldnt want to use a gun and its probably hard to get pills...car accident seems like a great idea...until the fact that you dont die, you know whats funny? i bet you she had her seatbelt on.
and the sicker thing, it wasnt even her car, it was her parents mercedes! thats just cruel...for one your already taking your own life, and then your going to go and make your parents buy another car...cause their daughter was so unhappy she had to take her life with the car...
i mean this is a very oppinonated blog, i know this, and im probably being a little harsh BUT heres the big thing; the reports say that she killed herself because another girl at her (private relgious) school wouldnt have sex with her, and im guessing the other girl...wasnt a lesbeian, im guessing she was straight and maybe even had a boyfriend. (im generealizing of course.)
the thing that i dont seem to get is that she tried to kill herself in the most selfish way ever. she took someone elses life, she took her parents car, all because someone said no to her, and apparently she always got what she wanted?
and the sad thing is that the mother who died, had children in the car, and her husband couldnt even go to her funeral because he remained at his daughters bedside....
suicide is selfish enough, your not ending your life, your putting all the people in your life...in a horrible position, i know people that still feel pain everyday for the death of a close one, and the death of a child is known to be worse, they feel more to blame because they are the parents, they are the protectors and if they die while they are the "protectors" they werent doing their job.
i just cant believe what this girl thought she was doing. amd i hate to be so rude about it, but its all so true.

that was an extremely stupid way of trying to kill herself. she had to know she was putting other people's lives in danger too. it also a dumb reason. no sex isn't the end of the world
She wasn't thinking at all obviously. What a waste. You do NOT take another life in a suicide. EVER. That's not what suicide is about. I'm with you, I don't like suicide but I know it happens. This is the first ever incident that I have heard of that a kid tried to commit suicide and ended up killing her mother and she lived. I would kill her myself if I were her dad. As I said she wasn't thinking. Stupid
The best way to a man's heart is really through his stomach, that way you don't have to deal with that pesky rib cage!

Suicide is a selfish act in many situtations, but that's one of the most selfish suicides I've ever heard of (other than murder-suicides like at Columbine). There is absolutely no justifiable reason for anyone to purposely run his or car into another innocent person's car... isn't one death good enough for some people?
Man who shot up McDonalds, killing kids, then turned the gun on himself. Like you I am not for suicide. However, if that is the route you are taking DO NOT get others involved.
I had a friend die by suicide WHILE ON suicide watch at a local hospital. Sometimes when people are set in taking their life, they will do what they can. Once again, this can be achieved without getting others involved.
