I wanted to do a posting on exercise. i am a physical trainer by trade and i would recommend that everbody exercise at least once a day. its not hard. Maybe ou could park in teh last parkign space at school or work and walk to teh building. Or take the stairs instead of teh elevator. If youw antt o live a long and health life you will make it a point to exercise. you dont want to end up ont eh show honey we are making your kids fat. Right?















One of your other blogs says you are a teacher. Now you are a trainer? Hmm..
I dont know why you are trying to win a scholarship if you are a teacher. You wouldnt be in college. Or are you there again? Moving on from being a teacher/trainer?
If you are a trainer what is the best exercise for thighs. Other then squats. I hate squats plus I can do a million of them and I get no results.
