Barack Obama has promised the American people change if he is elected. I understand that many love him, and want him to take office. I would not mind it if he took office, but I would like to know what changes he has in mind. I know he wants to do these numerous things: withdraw troops from Iraq, cut out the tax cut law Bush put in place, start talks with Iran to avoid armed conflict as well as many other issues. Everyone is makeing a huge deal about Obama, and yet it seems that Hillary and Obama both have pretty much the same view in every issue from Healthcare to Abortion. All I do know is that imagine what changes we would undergo if Obama or Clinton wins the presidencey and the other became the vice president. I am curious as to what everyone out there thinks about this occurring. I think that our current economic slide would start to turn around, and the next generation could have a decent retirement to look forward to. Our country would become stronger, and for once we would all start to be treated equal instead of being treated based on how plump our wallets are. These two working together would make a huge impact on this country.

The main issue I am concerned about is the war. And frankly, I don't think that the candidates are talking about this subject enough. If Clinton and Obama want to get us out of the war, fine.... but I wish they would tell me some clear strategies about how they wish to do this rather than just saying they want to do it. They can't just pull the troops out immediately. They have to have a plan, and I don't feel they are telling the American people what their plan is. I can't wait for the debate tonight to see if anyone talks about this issue.
This is politics as we know it. The candidates rarely reveal all of their plans. I am also curious as to how they will go about withdrawing the troops or if they even will. I am sure everyone else would like to know to, but yet again we have to wait until one of them wins the presidency.
