open your mind and stop thinking media wise...

I have seen some info from searching through google, trying to find some things on Kevin Trudeau.
I have also read about 1/4 of his natural cures book.
The info I found on google, is that there are some people out there trying to make it seem like this guy is just some slick talker, and mostly everything that he says about healing and what not, is basically "crap".

The things he says on the infomercials and in the little part of the book that I read, is basically common sense to anyone who has already learned a heck of lot about herbal medicines and just straight out natural cures. Most things are easy to cure and shows that, by explaining what certain things are about.
You can believe the media like most rich pricks usually do, because they don't know much but the media, or you can actually try to do something other than visiting the doctor every time you feel something is wrong with your body.

Believe it or not, yoga is probably 1 out of the top 3 exercises, that a person can do, to trim your body and to help yourself learn to breathe right, which then allows things to flow right in your body, therefore not allowing so many clogs, which seems to be a huge problem for most people.

Someone said in another blog that I typed, that you should see a doctor before you try any kind of herb, and well he/she is right to a point, always study what you are getting into, before you push yourself into it, and that's with anything, not just medications.
