Juno to blame?

In recent news, 17 high school girls from the North East have made a pact, according to their principal, to all get pregnant and raise their babies together. Many of the community say that the box office hit Juno is to blame. Let's take a look at this, for those who have not seen the movie, which I personally liked, it is about a teenage girl who gets pregnant and gives the baby up for adoption. I see the connection between teenage pregnancy but unlike the movie, these girls want to keep their children- I honestly don't see the movie as being a culprit for this pact due to this fact which is what the movie is revolved around. There are many T.V. shows, songs, and other movies that are about teenage pregnancy and in some the girls who are pregnant keep their children, I do not see why the community just doesn't blame these girls pregnancy on this since they're trying to find something to blame this on.
I honestly think that the true culprit is not a movie or show or even song , but that is the girls and even the parents. I do not know these girls so I cannot honestly say what their motif is. Maybe its boredom, loneliness, an attempt to be more grown up or keep their boyfriends. The parents are blaming movies, but where were they in all of this? Where were they when their children were having sex, were they there to show their children attention which could have maybe prevented the excuse of loneliness, did they talk to their children about sex or its consequences or birthcontrol? Of course if someone wants to have sex they are going to find a way to do so, but couldn't the parents make it alittle bit harder for them?
I am not bagging on teenage mothers, I have many friends and even a family member who is/was a teenage mother, who are all excellent parents. I am simply trying to say that maybe instead of blaming this pact on a movie , that the parents should take a little responsibility and look more closely at thier children's motifs.

You know sometimes i think it might be sheer ignorance on the side of young women wanting to get pregnant for any reason. People seem to be trivializing pregnancy alot these days and it is a very important matter that people should go through when they are completely ready. Now i do understand accidental pregnancy and then having it and wanting to keep it, my only hope for that is that the mother and father will be completely ready to understand that it is their fault not the babies. i am really tired of hearing abuse cases where the mother beat the baby because it "took away her life".

On Juno, i absolutely love that movie and for anyone to blame it for a group of girls being plain stupid is in itself dumb. (I wish Bleaker was my homie)
