When I started reading the Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini I really didn't think I was going to like the book at all. But now that I have finished reading it I have completely changed my mind about it.
I would recommend this book to almost anyone. The details in it are amazing and the the storyline is gripping. I couldn't stop reading it.
The only reason I started reading this book was because we were reading it in my AP English class. But I thought it would be hard for me to finish reading it in time. However it wasn't. I finished today and we have until next Friday to read it.
When I said I would recommend it I meant it. I already told my dad and mom to read it as well as many of my friends.
This book was really interesting the story line never fell short there was always something happening. There were twists and turns throughout the story and sometimes it just seemed like nothing was going to go right. The ending to me was disapointing. Not because it was a bad ending just because I like something a little more final than what it was.
I really can't wait to read A Thousand Splendid Suns
I have heard really great things about that book also.
Sorry if I gave anything away. I know a lot of people that wouldn't appreciate that and I tryed really hard not to ruin it for people who haven't read or are reading the book now.

there's a movie for kite runner but im not sure when its coming out. we had to read kite runner over the summer
I would definately go see that movie.
I would hope though that the movie does the book justice.
Im pretty sure the movie is out at select theaters. Also this book is one of a select few books (I can count them on one hand) that have led me to tears. This is a must read.
you should watch the movie. its not as good as the book but its not bad
