I support conservative anarchy...yes I really do.

Wait just a darn minute. What exactly is 'conservative anarchy'? In my mind, it's all about doing small things that might disrupt daily life a little bit, but it keeps things from falling into monotony. Now, I know that conservative anarchy isn't the best term to describe what I'm talking about, but I like how it sounds.

So, say our society becomes completely unviolent and nobody does anything wrong. What are the consequences of that? I'd say the largest would be monotony because it's just something that seems, well, boring by opinion and definition. Who cares about overpopulation, exhaustion of resources, and the other stuff that'd come along with no war, no violence, and no anything?

Sure, war is bad, but it keeps things interesting. Now, you're going to think I'm horribly for saying that war is interesting, but it keeps our days from being boring. I'm pretty sure boredom is the worst thing I ever deal with. Of course, I'd probably think differently if I were actually in a war or fighting to survive.

But since I'm just sitting here, I find monotony to be the biggest society killer facing us now. What can we do to avoid monotony? We can just mess up a few things each day so as to avoid it. Litter a bit, burn your hand, break something on accident, do whatever. Just keep things different everyday.

Odd way to look at stuff, huh? But if you'll remember, controversy keeps us going. And I like it.

Controversy and Conservative Anarchy.
