So I fayled*... miserably... I was going crazy at like 2, so I had to listen to music... which doesnt sound too bad, 14 hrs, but when you take into account that I was asleep for 9 of them... yeah, not so great.
But what I discovered is that avoiding music is harder than simply turning off your stereo. Music is everywhere. on tv, online, in an office, everywhere I went and everything I did, there was music. I could hardly avoid it. Even when I did manage to avoid it, I was singing a song in my head.
So back to my origional question, is music life? I think that depends on your definition of life. If life is simply a beating heart and taking in oxygen, then no, music is not life. But if life to you is more than just being alive, if life is a culmination of who you are and what you do, then perhaps music is life. Perhaps the very beat of your heart is the beat of the music of the world, the music of life. Has anyone seen august rush? thats kinda what I mean, the music is so a part of him, that he cant not hear it and compose it.

*the word "fayle" is pronounced like the word "fail" and means generally the same thing. It comes from an essay one of my friends wrote. Perhaps she'll let me post it on here for her.

There is no such word as "fayle", why on earth would you be using it? If it means the same as "fail", use "fail".
did you read the * note at all? it's different, thats why i said it means GENERALLY the same thing. I'll try to post the essay soon

Yes, I did. There is no such word as "fayle", why are you using a made-up word? The only possible use is in "leet" or 1337 spelling. Please tell me you're not actually doing that.
If it "generally" means the same thing, what does it mean when it doesn't mean the same thing? Why not just use "fail"?
music is life. i think that if we lived without music, we would all just be emotional rocks.

To me is everything. I don't think I could go a day without music either.
I respect you for trying though.
