racism showing its ugly face again

in an elementary school recently a teacher gave his students a word search that had this question on it. What is a discrimanitave name for a black person . the student read this in a book and they found that word most people know what that word is so i dont have to say it. This is something that bothers me how can you be a teacher and give your students an assignment with that word in it. That is just not right and the teacher tried to say that he didnt know that the word was in the assignment. Freeze you are a teacher and you dont know what is in the assignment that is just a level of incompitance that should not happen . The parents then were frustrated with the teacher and the school sort of apoligized to the community. Now tying this into a real world perspective that is like going to a school and a bunch of kids of another color playing around with a word of that calibur and the victum just shocked about that and telling them to stop but they try to say that they are not being racist but it is funny or justified. racism comes in all kinds of forms people not just some person yelling at some one and calling them a bad name. its just tasteless and wrong.
