See You at the Pole 2007
Gather. Unite. Pray. Come Together.
On Wednesday, September 26, 2007, at 7a.m., students from around the world gathered at their respective schools to pray, sing, and read scripture during See You at the Pole. This is an amazing, heartwarming experience that challenges teenagers to publicly declare their faith and unite with other students to worship through prayer.
See You at the Pole is an event initiated, organized, and led by students. It began in 1990 in Texas, and has flourished. Millions of students from many different countries choose to be a part of this event. Prayers are lifted up for classmates, teachers, friends, families, schools, leaders, and nations. God has used this event from its beginning, and it is truly a blessing to each participant.
Even at my small school, it was incredible to stand with the few others who came out, and praise the Lord together. What a wonderful opportunity See You at the Pole presents to all teens. Have you gathered at your school?
