So what should be done with the recent nuclear testing of the North Korean government? They were strongly advised by many nations NOT to go through with this testing. What do you think will become of this action? War? It is really hard to tell. All I know is that I am worried for the world. I just hope that the right decisions are made in dealing with the current situation. What do you think will happen? The last thing that the we needs is another World War. But hopefully the UN can work things out with North Korea, but where can they start? With how the previous talks went with N. Korea it is really hard to tell how everything will turn out.

Nothing.
North Korea is the perfect little demon for the republicans to throw over our faces. Same for Iran. Invading either country would be suicide, and the repugs know it. However, that doesn't stop them from using both countries as scapegoats. We'll soon see "North Korean sabotage blamed for lack of school funding."

With the government officials today we never can really decide when we are going to go to war. But this topic actually scares me. My mom was talking to me about how she was scared with N. Korea wanted to go to war 30 years ago. Now I'm in the generation where the world is at war and I'm experiencing it first hand. I'm scared, not only for the world, but for myself.
We should just bomb everyone! KIDDING hahaha
Thought that response might get some attention.
I am sorry that you signed up for something expecting a free ride, but you knew that by signing up... there was a possibility of having to fight for whatever our country that paid for your education decides to go fight for.
Now that, that is out of the way!
With enough time everyone's life expectancy will drop to zero. That is sort of a quote from Fight Club or atleast to affect. This gives me some sort of comfort in realizing that no matter how much I or anyone else may want it, we are all eventually going to die. Which goes along with my thought that everything in life happens for a reason, but it is up to each individual to decide what to do with the oppurtunity when it sits in their lap.
Again, Now that, that out of the way!
God has planned for everything that is currently going on to happen. Doesn't mean we shouldn't fear it, doesn't mean that we should, but it is all planned out. In that there should be some level of comfort with what is going on, with the other side of the world.
Now is where you come in... the situation has now hit your lap. You can sit back like the rest of us and watch everything crumble until it is too late to do anything about it... or You can do what is within your power at the time to help balance the situation. Not a single person in or on the world right now doesn't have the ability to have some affect on the world. It is up to each one of us to help not only ourselves but each other realize that through God all things are possible, and without our action to put forward what God has planned from us to do... The situation is only going to get worse until someone does.
Action is what puts God's plan into Affect.
I hope this makes sense, I am tired and I want to say something. I guess I'll find out in the morning!

I really don't understand what you are trying to say here:
"I am sorry that you signed up for something expecting a free ride, but you knew that by signing up... there was a possibility of having to fight for whatever our country that paid for your education decides to go fight for."
in all technicality, the government is not paying for any of my education. I am paying for it all out of pocket and at full price. No discounts here!
I also never said that I would not support my government in any decision they would make concerning war and whatnot. I just said that we really don't need a 3rd world war in my opinion. It may happen, it may not. That is not up to any one human being.
And in all of our religious aspects, I know that things are set in motion for the return of Christ. But death was never brought up on my side of the blog. I know if we are born we will die. It is only natural and predestined for us to die eventually.
so explain what you were trying to say in the first paragraph please!
then I'll get back to you.
I think it's a mistake to bring religion into politics, because then we get too depressing an inactive. We're not in those times anymore, Amber and previous poster. We're in the times of humanism - we are responsible for our actions. We shouldn't throw our weight on some imaginary (or by your claim real) god at all. Having this 'we're all doomed' idea is not healthy, and certainly won't help resolve the situation.
Sure, we're all going to die, but what we do before that point is what's important. We need to work together to make the world a better place for us and our children, and having this "well god wants it' attitude will not create a better place at all, it will make it worse.
So stand up and fight what you think is wrong. Stop relying on a father figure like god to solve your problems - he hasn't made his presence known, as far as we think, for thousands of years. He's not babysitting, should he exist at all of course.

well......read it a little slower next time....
my religion is mine, don't criticize me for my religion. I never said in any way that you need to believe my religion.
By the way, there are many example of God all around us. You just have to be conscious of your surroundings and somewhat knowledgeable.
Also don't tell me what to believe and what not to believe. You are standing on shaky ground by doing that.
sorry i forgot to save the completed message. So here was the revised begining.
To those of you that signed up for the US army that do not want to fight for your country. I am sorry that you signed up expecting a free ride, but you knew that by signing up there would be a possibilty of having to fight for whatever our country, that pays for your education, decides to go fight for.
I appriciate what our troops do for us. Thanks to those that fight for my Freedom.
Now that that is out of the way, yet again.
My point in the past comment was that, even though we are all going to die, there is a plan for everything. This doesn't mean that we should be inactive. We should do whatever is in our power to cause change if we don't like the way the world is crumbling down around us.
Also, on my thought that we are all eventually going to die, I am a strong believer that in looking at the worst that could happen to us... everything else looks that much better. Every day I breathe is done with the relaxing feeling that, I didn't just take my last breathe.
