I was driving east on Burleigh St. I was on the phone with a friend when I got pulled over by the police at about 10: 21pm at the corner of 21st and Burleigh. Two minutes has gone by and detect (unmarked car) pulls up, going north on 21st Street and parks behind the original squad that pulls me over. Two officers then approach my passenger side, and one officer approaches my driver side. My car is completely off! He asks “Is this your car?” I reply with a yes. He tells me that I have a “broken left headlight”. He then asks for driver’s license and I hand it to him. He then asks me to step out the car. I then roll my windows up and begin to step out of the car. As I step out of my car I lock my doors.
As I begin to close my door I was then grabbed by two other officers! I then say clearly that “I do not consent to a search!” An officer then turns me around and begins a normal pat down, and tells me “We don’t need your consent to do a search”. After the pat down, the police take my keys and my cell phone away from me. They escort me to the back of my vehicle and conduct another search on me. During this search, an officer pulls my pants all the way up (I’m not sagging) and takes his two fingers and searches my genitals and my anus, uncomfortably! The officer searching says, “You must have something, because you don’t consent to a search”. He then begins to say to me “you got something because your scared, your body is shaking, and you heart rate is high”. I reply with “you just pulled me out of my car. How am I supposed to feel”?
I am then told to sit in the squad car with my feet out, and take my shoes off, where they search my shoes. I am told to get completely in and they close the door. As I sit in the squad car, I observe about 4 officers searching my vehicle thoroughly. They search my seats, arm rest, locked glove compartment and my trunk, to find nothing. The rest of the officers leave and the original two finally joins me in the car and, then decides to do a “routine check” on my identity and car, which was all legit. They then engage in a conversation with me asking about where I’m employed, who I stay with, and how many kids do I have.
After the radio came in saying that I was legit they then escorted me out the car, and announced that they were apart of the Neighborhood Safety Initiative. They said they weren’t going to issue me a ticket, and that if was to get pulled over again that night, to tell the officers that “8020” pulled me over earlier and let me off with warning, and I shouldn’t get a ticket. I go to my car to find my keys on top of my car and my phone on the floor of the car. I checked my phone and it was 10:43pm. I check my car and searched to see if anything was missing. Nothing was missing but my car was left in a mess! I called my friend back at the end of it all, which was 10:44pm.

The police aint shit
that same thing has happened to me atleast 5 times........they always pull you out of the car and ask, "Do you have any guns or drugs?"
then they tear your car apart, and leave it that way. Its sad that most of the population have never experienced that kind of treatment
