allright. Now be honest. Do you hate this two?  Do you love them?

If you hate them chances are you hate Nicole less, well at least you did when she was curvy. She's skinny now so you hate her too. right?

no. You don't judge people based on weight. Phenominal. because I find a woman's worst critic is never a man, its another woman. why? well we're jealous. I get it I get jealous of those girls at Hollister who wear jeans that seem like they're for 12 year olds. The weird thing is I'm thin. SO girls that are bigger than me, laugh at me and say "get over it your tiny" .  I've had girls hate me because i'm skinny. I mean I'm allowed to feel inadequate sometimes, everyone does- being thin doesnt mean i don't have body issues.  We all have body issues.

Big girls, skinny girls and all women in between have got to stop hating each other for what they don't or do have.

Women are still payed 70 cents for every mans dollar. Maybe if we weren't so busy telling our friends how horrible our co-workers rear looked in her new pants we could get some work down and afford more respect.

I'll be real though. I do it. I hate girls for no reason, because they are younger and pretttier than me. BUt honestly someone is ALWAYS going to be younger, prettier, and smarter than you. You just have to make everything you do count. word?

So what's my point? Wheres the beef?

well. women sometimes forget that we're not equals yet. we still have a way to go and we'll never get there if we don't stop pulling each other's pigtails like 1st graders.

So. Young women reading this. Next time your thin friend says they feel fat. tell them that they are beautiful. don't say "well your skinny and i'm fat. " its not about you sister. they need reassurance that's all. and next time your plus size friend complains about being plus size skinny sisters, dont say "well don't eat so much, or you know something generally snide. say "you look beautiful"

can we just stick to that.

honestly. let's put our energy into being beautiful inside and out and stop cutting down our fellow women.

I agree. If we want to earn respect we need to stop putting one another down. What's crazy is the ones who claim they're grown and over that are the main ones that do things like this.

True. People today are too self-absorved

Good post. I especially liked the advice to say, "You're beautiful" :)

I dislike Paris because she's an idiot. Or at least on the tube she acts like one (something I also dislike Jessica simpson for- but hey they're making more money than I am for it). Nicole I've never had beef with, I just think it's sad how malnourished she looks sometimes.

I think they're both stupid and over rated.

we've been conditioned by society to believe that as women, we have to compete for the attention of men. it's a basic psychological reaction to demonize those who you believe to be your opponents.

I don't dislike Paris because she's skinny, but because she's a moron and a skank/slut. Little girls look up to her, so she should shape up and be a decent role model. She can start by wearing panties.

However, I do like your suggestion. Skinny and fat are all in the mind. Hell, if a skinny girl tried to wear some little kid's jeans, she'd feel fat, and if a big girl wore jeans a few sizes too big, she'd feel skinny. Beautiful, however, is in the eye of the beholder. And when you're beholding yourself, you should see beauty somewhere... Health, figure, face, hair, personality. You can have an unattractive figure, but beautiful eyes, so focus on the eyes. Accent them - make people notice them. Every person should accent the most beautiful part of their being. Note I said accent, not advertise. If you have nice breasts, wear tops that accent them, but tastefully. Don't wear something so low-cut that you pop out every time you sneeze.
