Okay, this is suppose to be a satire of the AFA, FRC, and all the right winger who believe that homosexuals are trying to brainwash our children. My apology to anyone, gay or straight for being offended by this satire.
I don't eat at McDonald's only because of all the fatting products that exist in their food.
I disagree with how they treat their employee, the environment, and their products.

Will, in case you have not heard according to the AFA, the homosexuals are at it again.
According to the American family association, the homosexuals are trying to indoctrinate young kids into the homosexual’s lifestyle this time by teaming up with McDonald's. That is why they are advocating boycott of the fast food chain because they found out that the:
The CEO of McDonald’s, Richard Ellis had joined the broad of director's Gays and Lesbian chamber of commerance.
Here is what Richard Ellis said:
Ellis was quoted as saying: "I'm thrilled to join the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce team and ready to get to work. I share the NGLCC's passion for business growth and development within the LGBT community, and I look forward to playing a role in moving these important initiatives forward."
See, Ellis want your children to become homosexuals by putting gay thing into their food, drinks, and toys so when your children eat it or play with it or drink it, your children will become gay. It is funny because straight people never turn gay when they eat there all the time.
(I was joking, you know how social conservatives said that watching cartoon or drinking products that does ad on gay magazine/t.v. show will somehow turn your kid gay).
The AFA sent an action alert notice and boycott information to it member and this is how McDonald's respond:
"According to McDonald’s CEO Jim Skinner, McDonald’s will aggressively promote the homosexual agenda. In remarks on McDonald’s Web site concerning the company becoming a member of the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC), Skinner wrote: “Being a socially responsible organization is a fundamental part of who we are. We have an obligation to use our size and resources to make a difference in the world … and we do.' "
So, next time don't eat at McDonald's because the hamburger, coco cola, and fries will turn your children into a homosexual. (joke).
FYI, the AFA also boycotted Wal-Mart (who ship jobs overseas and paid their worker low wages without a right to unionize) for selling Brokeback mountain DVDs (yes, DVDs is more dangerous and threatening than shipping jobs overseas and denying good benefits to their employees), Ford's Motors for purchasing an ad in a gay magazine, and various mega retailer store for not saying "Merry Christmas."
Homosexuals, when will you stop? Can’t you see you are hurting the children, just like the AFA said you are? Why must you push your agenda into everybody face instead of living in your own communities or in the closet, why must you join those corporations into pushing your evil agenda onto everyone else? (joke)

This is either one of the more ignorant rants I've read, or it is a ham-fisted attempt at sarcasm.
I hope it is the latter. If so, you might want to edit it a bit...tone it down a little? There's some subtlety involved in successful satire. As it stands right now, the blog reads as a hateful call to arms for the uneducated homophobic.
If it is the former, I can't decide if I want to bother picking apart the weaknesses and fallacies in the argument, or if it is a waste of time to try reasoning with someone who seems so thoroughly convinced of a hateful agenda and so completely blind to any sense of fairness. What do you recommend? Is it a waste of my time?

I don't had anything against Homosexaul, it was trying to make joke of the AFA and the extreme right winger who always accuse gay of trying to push their agenda on other people.
What is wrong with the satire. If it is offensive, feel free to point out the offensive remark.
It was just a little hard to tell which parts were meant to be sarcastic and which were your actual feelings. I had a hard time discerning whether or not this post expressed your true feelings or if it was meant as a joke.
Everything just kind of flows together, which I generally like in terms of blogs (to see the humor intermittently dispersed throughout the writing)... but in this case, it makes it hard to see the sarcasm...

I was hoping. I thought it seemed a little incongruent in the context of your other blogs!
And there's nothing wrong with satire, at all. I love satire! But there is usually a little wink, wink, nudge, nudge in the blog to let the reader know where the writer really stands on the issue. Yours doesn't have that. you were completely convincing as a homophobe.
What comment was offensive? Oh, man! Pretty much the whole thing. I get now that you were playing a role, but it's a role that was pretty brutal. I mean, the whole turning your kids gay thing? I know you were kidding about that, but I don't know if you realize that we (meaning gays and lesbians) hear people say stuff like that in ALL SERIOUSNESS all the time. So if I can't tell you are kidding in the blog, I'm not going to find it funny. Do you see where I'm coming form?

When I first read it, It didn't seem like a joke, It seemed like your personal opinion on facts in a given situation.
At first you make it out to be that you are against homosexuality, and now you are not?
