Is your girlfriend a pain? Does she feel like she's better then you and pretty much every other man out their and that she is God's gift to men. Does your girlfriend believe in equal rights for women? Does she believe that a female president would do a better job then a male president? Does she have opinions of her own that can't be swayed no matter what you say? Does your girlfriend seem like she's having that "SPECIAL" time of the month 24/7?
If you can answer yes to any of these questions then your girlfriend is definitely a (Feminist Opinionated Period). You can definitely do better then her so dump her and move on to a new girl that isn't a man hater, opinionated, and seems like she's having her period all the time!

While I admit that it's best that we ladies not be overly-opinionated to the point where we listen to no one, it is vital that we do have our own opinions. And about the part where we believe in equal rights for women, what's wrong with that? We want equal rights, not more rights. I'm not saying that I entirely disagree with you, but I disagree with your portrayal of "FOP"s. You do not just portray the dominant, pushy, man-hating girl, but you mix that portrayal with an independent girl who wants equality and general good for other girls - a girl who would never want to rule the world or discount the opinions of men.

I believe in gender equality and I am a man. I believe if a man can vote, so can a woman. If a man can serve on the front lines, so can a woman. If a man can be drafted, so can a woman. The only difference between a man and a woman (when she isn't pregnant) is their genitalia.
