In order to further AIDS research and potentially find a cure, a vast amount of resources are required. The following is a brief outline of how to create the necessary funding to support future research into the HIV/AIDS epidemic at hand.
You may ask yourself, how will this be accomplished? Quite simply really. It will entail a great number of sacrifices to be made, and to be honest, an equally great deal of dirty work.
First we must determine which country (or continent as the case may prove) has the highest concentration of AIDS "victims". These poor souls will be gathered into large self contained colonies where they will no longer pose a threat to the outside world. They will be assigned work duty consisting of building their own textile industries, growing the crops and livestock needed to sustain such a society, and volunteering themselves for experimental procedures for the advancement of science and the betterment of society as a whole.
As for these AIDS colonies ability to generate a usable source of funding for stated research, it is easy. Any overstock of material goods produced shall be exported for sale to outside sources. The same shall be done with excess crops. Further more, all victims who will eventually expire shall be processed into various forms of animal feed to be sold on the global market.
All profits will be funneled into organizations providing research development for a cure. As previously stated, the colonies will be self sufficient and self contained, restricting the spread of AIDS and helping to provide a better future for the world.
