The effect on the price of gas to heat the home in the winter and keep cars running are forcing choices. People are having to do without to be able to keep cars moving. Gas prices in some places are over $5 a gallon. You look at the prices of normal products we use everyday we look like crybabies. People are repeating the same mistakes of the 1970s.
I think there should be something done. If it is speculators or big oil then they should be taxed. There should be incentives for people to grow food or help others in the community. Students who attend college could earn college scholarships by helping those who are less fortunate.
There are people who forced to take public transportation because no money for gas. Price of Gas is unreal. People are stealing fuel. Farmers suffer from the losses. It is unreal. Something has to be done. People are suffering.
We should not make any place off limits for drilling. We also should recycle our cooking oil to make fuel. Recycling programs should be nation wide. We must do something..
We have the future of the world to think about.
Big oil companies are unloading stations. They are worried indeed. The oil companies fear being taxed. Some are pressured to stay open 24 or else be replaced. You have much to think about.
We have allowed extremist to dictate energy policy. We have allowed extremist to dictate FP. We are in a rut. You know it and I know it. Something has to be done.
People have to make extreme choices. There should be changes made. Some fo the dictators in problem countries are making huge profits with the price of oil. They sometimes bite the hand the feeds them. We need to build more refineries. This is a national emergency.
