This primary election was very frustrating for me, because i was unable to vote for a candidate even though my 18th birthday was a week after the election took place. I know that I am not alone on this, there are many of people out there that weren't able to vote in the primary election even though they will be voting in the Presidential election in November. Don't you think those of us who are going to be voting for the President should also have a say in who the Presidential candidates are? Studies have shown that Obama appealed to the younger generation much more than Hilary did, but where were his voters? This seems unfair to me... and I know It is not just me who feels that way. Besides this, there were some other problems that occurred on that day. I worked at the primary elections from 6 in the morning until 9 at night; i helped set-up everything, work at the polls, and close them. I can't even tell you how many problems there were that must have had a huge influence on the results (at least in the Santa Clara County). The registrar of voterse completely mixed up the polling places so people were voting miles away from their homes, even if there was a few polling stations a block away. Several people told me how they passed one or two stations on their way to the precinct that had been assigned to them, and all of them were extremely frustrated and confused. At least a hundred people complained about how difficult the precinct was to find, and they were angry about how inconvenient voting was for them this year. I can only imagine how many people were choose to simply not vote in November due to the inconvenience they experienced this month. One man said to me, "Do you know this precinct is in the middle of a senior citizen community? All of these elderly people that live next door are voting at least 2 miles away and have no way of getting there, and are going to be unable to vote for the first time in their lives." I was sorry to say that i couldn't do anything about this problem, but it was up to the county to fix it and hopefully make sure that it doesn't happen again in November.
Hopefully these problems didn't occur in too many places, because I would hate to see the primary election results screwed up due to such an avoidable issue.

--Not really, no. It's the law that you have to be 18, and if you can't vote, then you can't vote.
