Blogging Imposters!!

There are many people on Progressive U who blog all the time to get their opinion across but there are more people who blog just so they can win a scholarship and it shows. Heres the proof:

Redundent Blogs: You know someone is an imposter if they keep blogging about the same thing over and over again or about a topic that has been blogged about many times and in many different ways and also blogs that are very hard to understand. If this website was only for the purpose of blogging and nothing else, we wouldn't have as many members as we have. Its perfectly fine for a person to win a scholarship because who wouldn't want one? The problem is that if you don't like to blog and if you don't like to express your opinions openly, you shouldn't really be a blogger at all. There are plenty of other ways for you to win scholarships and you might be able to win one by doing something that you actually like. Please save us the blogs that are not understandable. We serious get headaches trying to read blogs that don't make since. Blogging isn't for everyone and that's a true statement.

NO OFFENSE: Now this is just my opinion people so please do not get upset with me but I do know that many of you don't like it when people blog about subjects that don't attract people and you know that they only do it to receive points.

If it makes you feel any better I've been blogging on livejournal.com for years and since hearing about the scholarship competition have enjoyed this community MUCH more and plan to continue with it.

I agree entirely. Posts can get lost in a sea of other posts and completely ignored. I really prefer progressiveu - so I'm glad the scholarship contest brought me here!

Wow same here. Thanks goodness for this website. This place has changed my life and I am now able to express myself greater than I have been able to before. It's nice to know that someone feels the same way about certain things.

I love blogging, and thought I am not very good at it. I feel like progressive has helped change the direction of my blogging from pointless dribble to things people want to discuss. I actually find myself asking the question "is this something the progressive community wants to hear, and has it been said before?" The people who are really here to post quality blogs are the ones who will last.

I am a first time blogger, and honestly I was brought here by the scholarship, but I completely agree with what you are saying. Why try for this scholarship if you don't like blogging and you don't have anything good to say.

In all honesty I don't know if every blog I write is about something that is interesting to others, but I do write about things that matter to me, and I think that is what this scholarship is all about. If you come on here just to post quick, rushed meaningless blogs in order to get money, then you are missing out on what is great about this website, and as the writer of this blog said, you are an imposter.
