The problem of the Toyotas in the NASCAR Sprint series is an unfair advantage to the other manufacturer. Toyota needs to be brought in. Why should Toyota get this extra horsepower and others are loosing. It seems unreal.
The second issue is NASCAR being both judge and jury on penalties. SOme of the penalties are too harsh. One example is Robbie Gordon. There are some who are escaping punishment. This is a problem.
Another issue on NASCAR and sports fairness is fact they control the tracks and schedule. There are some tracks in NASCAR that deserve a race and some that do not. Kentucky deserves a race while others seem to have trouble struggling. There is no sense of real drug testing done at the tracks.
Also the problem with NASCAR is that the television announcers and web shows have a bias. It is apparent when they seem to demonize certain drivers. It is wrong. There is also the fact that fans may not have all of the channels that the event may be on.
There should not be a COT for the Nationwide series. The COT for the Sprint series is expensive. The other unfair advantage is that when two companies merge and become one brand because of the main series sponsor that they have to find new sponsors. This should stop. I think a fee would be better served or even a donation to the NASCAR foundation to allow them to continue sponosring the car and help those less fortunate.

NASCAR has held that Toyotas had the advantage in the Nationwide series of some extra horsepower. To me why only do it in one series....why not check out the trucks or the cup. This makes no sense.
