How easy is it to claim rape or sexual harassment and get away with it when its not true? Its horrible for the girls who really do get raped and the guys who are being falsely acused. This is my opinion dont attack it. I think that its rediculous how many girls are claiming sexual harasment falsely. Of course the girls who are get harrased deserve to claim it but how about the girls who accuse a teacher of sexual harasment because they gave her a bad grade. How about a girl who gets drunk at a party and claims rape but really it was consentual but she does not remember. You are dragging a poor guys name through the mud even though he doesnt deserve it.

um, well the big thing about getting drunk at a party is, if you're blacked out you're not qualified to give consent; and if someone takes advantage of that, i think that can be tantamount to, if not outright rape, at least some kind of sexual assault. i mean, would you hold a girl that was given a roofie and knocked out responsible for what happened to her while she was unconcscious?

Exactly. One cannot legally consent to sex while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
