Hello All,
I was surfing CNN.com as I do daily and I couldn't help noticing the Election 2006 tab. I clicked on it and read all about President Bush's "fence" idea. Now I'm from Arizona and the last thing we need is a 700 mile long fence. All this fence is going to do is slow them down. Which would be great for catching them if we had more Border Patrol agents. But we don't and as long as the Bush Adminstration insists on halfway measures, we won't have real immigration reform for many more years. The immigration problem won't be solved by a fence, it will only be solved by a serious commitments by Mexico and the U.S to stop illegal immigration.

I definatly agree with you on this issue because the fence will only be in areas where they belive many of them are illeagaly crossing. sure the fence might slow them down but whats going to happen when they start doing other things to come over like diging tunnels and other stuff like that... ijust don't believe that it's a wise way to spend the tax payers money. we have far greater problems in our nation now days.
