Myspace and other personal websites

Does it seem today that all we do is rush home and check for our latest comments and messages on myspace? Its a real pity. We could be using this time for other more productive activities that we all can benefit from such as exercise or assisting in the community. I remember a time before myspace when my friends and i were barely ever on the computer. It was fantastic! Myspace and other personal websites are fantastic ways of communication between family and friends but they also lead to drama and issues about conotation of a person's voice. Using caps on the computer can usually mean your angry or excited. If a person misreads this it can lead to major communication errors that are not favorable at all. I just wished that myspace was a thing of the past and that our future could move on into bigger and better places and make better use of the time we seem to an excess of. Personal websites are great and all but then there is the issue of meeting others of there that lie. I know not everyone adds strangers but who isnt a little happy when the cherry red "friend request" icon pops up? Well not everyone on websites are who they appear to be and everyone should keep their eyes open.
