Or at least that is what David Icke likes to argue. He believes that all the members of the Bush family, many important and key members of the government, and many past presidents and important key figures in shaping our world are all part of the Illuminati. To him, the Illuminati is a race of shape-shifting humanoids from the constellation Draco known as the Babylonian Brotherhood.
He once stated that "The Rothschilds, Rockefellers, the British royal family, and the ruling political and economic families of the U.S. and the rest of the world come from these SAME bloodlines. It is not because of snobbery, it is to hold as best they can a genetic structure — the reptilian-mammalian DNA combination which allows them to 'shape-shift'."
Now, I am not ruling out that there may be extra terrestrial life or that they have made attempts to contact some people, because who knows, it could happen.... right???
Yet, I do believe this theory to be a little difficult to swallow. I just don't see some of the most prominent people in the world living underground as reptiles, only to turn back into a human upon coming back up to the surface of the Earth.
I do believe some of our presidents and government figures to be a little off and sometimes sketchy, but reptiles? Nah.
Let's just say, I am a little skeptical.

David Icke has written many books and tours the world giving lectures on his theories. This is by far his most bazaar one. Although I must admit that he is in fact a very intelligent man. He makes a lot of good points in other theories of his.

David Icke is a nutbag, and those who adhere to his truly insane ramblings are either naive fools (at best) or nutbags themselves. Rather than watching a bunch of nutbag videos about nubag conspiracy theories, why not ask instead if there Mr. Icke has ever been able to produce any actual, objective evidence to support his nubag theories. The answer is "no," of course, because guess what...? He's a nutbag!
