Blackbooking. An atrocious act of our history, a part of the Red Scare. If they's be communiss', we don' wannem on our rajios, right? A blind and hateful act of American past, one that we swore never to again repeat. With McCarthy's death supposedly came the death of that strain of leadership.
Supposedly.
But, hot damn. Here it is again. We're denying visas to pop singers who might have ties to past terrorist activities. Granted, we may not have the proof necessary to show that they are or ever were terrorists, but hey. Don't question the USA PATRIOT followers. This is undoubtedly, unquestionably, unflinchingly necessary for the survival of our country through such difficult times.
Yes, yes, totally needed and called for. Which is why it is so logical that we deny M.I.A., the asian rapper, an American visa. Her dad was supposedly a Tamil Tiger! That slight inkling of a hint of a link to a ex-terrorist might mean that she is a TERRORIST SYMPATHYSER and probably works for TERRORIST CAUSES. Of course we couldn't possibly let her in with that undeniable slightly possible hint of proof!
And to the people who took that seriously and agree with me...God help you.
And God help us all.
Because if we start the whole McCarthyism craze again, most the bloggers on this site are in serious trouble.

they all should be ban all of them
Especially you. From this site. FOREVER.
The question we should ask ourselves is should be risk allowing someone like that into our country? Their is a chance they are no longer affilated with the terrorist organization they say, but there is also the chance they are still affilated with them. Who is too apologize if they are terrorists that kill people? Who would take the blame? The situation in the end is a trade off.
