Therefore, MICROBICIDES, is an option many scientists are excited about. It is a gel for women to use that will act as a spermacide, contraceptive, and protect against HIV/AIDS. It is still in the trial phases, and is not 100% effective yet, but they are hopeful that it will empower women to protect themselves...even if the man refuses to wear a condom or let her use one. This gell will be able to be inserted onto the women without the male knowing.

I have never heard of this, but it sounds like a really good thing if they get it passed. As a sort of off the subject comment, I wouldn't be having sex with a man who REFUSED to wear a condom. If I ask the guy to, he better be willing to protect me and himself!
I agree. Sex partners should be healthy partners. It is about respect. And why have sex with someone who doesn't respect you, ya know?
