Bush Approval Ratings: Dropping Like A Lead Zeppelin

LP's picture
Bush's poll numbers are really low. We know that. But this image from a Daily Kos diary illustrates just how far Bush's approval ratings have fallen.

The darker red, the higher the approval rating. The darker blue, the lower the approval rating.

There are now only seven states with approval ratings over 50%. Seven. Methinks the American people don't like the direction that Bush is trying to take our country.

The diary has more than just fancy graphics.

The most impressive changes in Bush's approval since January come among Republicans (-10), those in the Midatlantic (-8, entirely from Feb to Mar), 55+ (-7), Hispanics (-7, entirely from Jan to Feb) and those with a graduate degree (-7).

Yes, Republicans' approval of Bush has dropped by ten percent. Hispanics by seven - and it may fall even more with the outrage at the xenophobic immigration bills being written in Congress. (Yes, Bush doesn't write the laws, but many people see government as government).

The diary has a lot of information, I recommend you check it out.
