I know that I'm a little late in reporting this news but I've been busy with school work this past couple of days so I haven't been able to get on the internet too much. Charles Boney was found guilty of three counts of murder and one count of conspiracy to commit murder. I'm glad with the jury's decision. I find it funny though, that the jury can't bring itself to give Boney a proper sentencing. They are requesting the judge to give Boney his sentence. Boney faces life in prison but the jury recommend the judge to not give him that sentence. With all of this happening, I think the jury in David Camm's trial will reach the same verdict. One thing I find strange though is that the prosecutor in Boney's trial tried to make it seem like Boney was the only one who killed Kim, Brad, and Jill Camm. Also, the defense for Camm is going to try to use the conviction of Boney as a reason Camm is innocent. I think it proves the opposite: Camm's guilt. Info from WLKY.com

Definitly,
Well first of all I'm not sure if the death penalty is on the table in this trial but I never can understand the defendents reasons to continue with a trial and not cop a deal with the prosecuters. Obviously if his buddy Boney was convicted for three counts of murder and consipracy on the grounds that he was there and sold Camm the gun but didn't necessarily fire the gun, then I just wonder what Camm thinks will happen to him considering he was the one to allegedly fire the gun? Cam would have been better to pleade mentally retarded! LOL JK! Keep posting about this!
Smart Jury...I believe that the reason the jury chose not to sentence Boney with life without parol is simple. The trial for Camm is still going on. The Judge in the Boney case has the power to sentence him (Boney) to life anyway by having his sentences run consecutively and for the maximum number of years. If Charles Boney knew something or could provide additional evidence to the prosecution againt Camm he may be able to work a deal prior to sentencing. Either way Boney will probably never see daylight outside of prison. If given the lightest sentence possible he would not be eligable for parol until he was past the age of 70.
