Weight

Well, I admit that i am and always have been extremely skinny.  Im not talking anorexia type of skinny, but a"good " skinny.  I also admit that I have not been pleased with my weight and figure, but i think that is every woman almost. I do not go to the point where i am constanty eating to gain weight (which i wish would work, lol) and I also do not believe in starving yourself or throwing up to keep your weight or lose a few pounds. If I ever notice something i dont like, I WORK HARD FOR IT! People should work out if they want tolose or tone up a little. When i feelmyself getting a lil flabby r what not, i takemy energy to the gym and run and work out. Alot of my friends say i dont needit but i do for self-confidence and approval of my body. I probably shouldnt need any of that to feel those ways, but they help me and i believe that it can help a lot of other people.  You have to work hard for something good!  Health is importnant and so is a good diet (not meaning little bit of food, but healthy and tasty meals).

Yeah i agree with you. I was watching a thing on tv that was about these people who never feel full. So i understand its going to be soo hard when they move out, but when they are kids living with the family the family should help. They put locks on all the doors and stuff so she couldn't get to any food and she ate alone in front of the computer. Sitting in front of the computer is not going to make you lose weight! The parents need to teach their kids that exercising can be fun, and you get a lot out of it.

i think if you feel your body has a little flab and you feel you want to get rid of it then by all means go to the gym, but also sometime you my want to really make sure that your body is getting a little flabby and not just your sub conscious speaking ya know? Just don't take it to the extreme

Everyone bodies are different. To say that, "If you want to lose weight, just go tone up" is like telling someone with back problems to go "stop having pain."

There are several different body types. Some take better to cardio, some to weight training. Some body types you just have to eat healthy and you'll be in shape.

Some people are naturally lean. Some naturally big boned.

Blanket statements like these aren't going to fix ANY weight problems in this country. In fact...statements like these might just be the cause of them.
