As Brett Farve has finally retired from the National Football League after 16 years of quality football. Now it can finally be debated, what is legacy did he leave in the game. Brett Farve is definitely on of the top 10 quarterbacks of all time, if not because of his longevity but passion for the game. He did not have many significant physical qualities that separated him from the rest of the players. He did not possess a particularly strong or accurate arm. He did not have the greatest vision nor was he particularly fast. Perhaps the best attribute that Farve possessed was his ability to improvise when things were not going as planned. He was able to really adjust to defensives on the fly with his scrambling ability. The main thing that seperates him from other players was the way he played the game. He played with a child-like passion always seeming like he had fun out their. Always smiling and joking around with teammates; climbing on their backs and celebrating every touchdown like it was his last. Brett Farve played for more than 15 years in the NFL, which contributes a lot to his stats. He has thrown the most touchdowns for a career although he has also thrown the most interceptions and passes in a career. He was really the reason why the Green Bay Packers were relevant after the Vince Lombardi era.

in my opinion, brett farve was the greatest quarterback to ever play the game. he did so much with so little and should be a first-ballot hall-of-famer.
