Hilary Clinton vs. Barrack Obama

Both Hilary Clinton and Barrack Obama are vying for a chance to further improve their political careers. Mrs. Clinton intends to be the first female president; this would be interesting if we were to have our first female American president. Nancy Pilosi became Speaker of the House. Therefore, is it really hard to imagine that Hilary might have a chance at breaking into the highest levels of politics in our country? Whether such a feat is possible is dependent on many factors. One such integral factor is Illinois senator Barrack Obama. He represents another unique perspective; he wants to be the first African American president. He is the fifth African American Senator in U.S. history and the only African American currently serving in the U.S. Senate. He is a candidate for the Democratic Party's 2008 presidential nomination. These two political figures are in a heated rivalry. Who will come out as a victor and why?

Well, the black community doesn't consider him black...

so how can he be the first black president?

-Albert Einstein

I think I'm going to vote for Barack Obama personally because he has good values and I like his platform, but that's just me... I don't really care that he's black... in fact, it probably would be good for our country to have a partial minority in the presidency.

i think this'll be pretty tough considering the issues of race and gender. But in my opinion, Hillary might have a better chance because her husband was a former president and he served pretty well in the office, so he can support and give her ideas. Obama is a great money raiser and has an inspirational msg but he lacks public speaking "talents" and can't really connect with pple at times. Some people doubt whether if they are ready for a African American president.
