So i was driving to school today and i saw that a homeless person had left their \"home\" on a street corner.. Saddened, I wondered what had happened to the person. When I was driving home from school, i noticed that the cart and its items were still there.. .I then realized that this was quite beautiful, and would work perfectly for my current photography independent study project. So i raced the two miles home, grabbed my camera and set out to go take the pictures.. When I was approaching the spot two men were heading back my way towards the dumpsters....with the homeless man\'s belongings...upset that they were throwing away my subject, and disturbed that they were tossing away this man\'s home like it was an empty greenbean can..i asked what they were doing..
\"we are throwing this junk away!\"
\"how could you do that?\" I questioned..
\"ugh.. all you art people... i am sick of these claiming that things like this could be beautiful, you know all you art people are whats wrong with this world!\"
\"That is a load of crap, I am sorry to see you have such a closed mind.\" I replied...
(they were two blantently homosexual men, no doubt they have probably faced discrimintation many times in their lives,
yet here they are discriminating against someone just bc they find all things possible \"art\")
\"why dont you just go away, the world doesnt need another stupid art freak roaming around!\"
Gee.. what sweet guys these men were!....
It is people like them, who look down upon creativity, who keep art dying... It is because of people like them thinking those type of things that schools cut the fine arts programs before they cut other things like sports because \"there just isnt money for something like that\".. Well sorry people.. not everyone can or wants to play sports or be a cheerleader... Numerous people enjoy the arts... the arts, especially in schools, can help for positive opportunities for the youth of the world..it keeps many inspired, encourages some who may not get encouragement elsewhere, it keeps people off the streets, it helps people emotionally....art has so many other effects and opportunites!

Sorry about my ranting and raving...just thought i would share with you my lovely day on my photo shoot!
...O.o pretty rude to just TAKE someone's belongings, too. What if the guy was coming back?
