I'm only 17, so I don't matter.
Why should I? I can't vote.
I don't matter until 18 years old.
If I don't vote, I don't matter.
Why should I be shut out of importance?
I shouldn't.
I'm a citizen, so are my peers.
I know what's going on in the world, but I have no say.
I matter.
My words matter.
My rights matter.
Our city needs help, structure, no corruption.
I have to stay quiet.
Why blog?
I still matter.
Not 18, but still a citizen!

Well...you matter, but legally you are old enough to do more imoprtant stuff. I know it feel like being left out, but see the reverse. What if there was a draft and you were 18 and forced to go to Iraq...
