As most San Francisco Giants fans know, our manager Felipe Alou was "Terminated" at the end of our season. We are on the prowl for a new manager and a new direction for our team to go. I beilieve that we should definatly consider former Marlins manager Joe Girardi, who almost brought the youngest and most underpaid team in the Major League's to the playoffs last season, and was fired because the owner and him couldn't get along. This offseason we are getting rid of all of the old players besides Bonds, so i think that we should not get an older manager like Lou Pinella, because players would blend better with a younger manager like Girardi.
