Guns...........

Karl Hensen 47, threatened to shoot children as they came home from school. This man posted on a site that he was going to shoot children with an ak-47. Police did find him by tracking the website and he did get arrested, however my point of this blog is should gun licenses be hard to get? There is a lot of gun violence in the u.s and maybe if we make it harder for people to get a gun licenses then maybe there would be less violence. Should police officers or officers of other kinds be the only ones who should be allowe to carry guns? How many innocent people have to get shot before our government gets that it's a problem. I know it's pretty easy to purchase guns and other weapons and maybe we should start by making it harder to purchase them. There's been cases in which kids have shot themselfs thinking the gun was a toy, theres been cases where people who committ sucide use guns because there in the home, theres been cases where children have brought guns to school for various reasons and they all end up with innocent people dying. Shouldn't we do something about the fact that gun violence is one of the leading causes of deaths? I believe if we eliminate it being so easy to come in contact with guns that the gun related deaths will go down.
