It's been a while since I have successfully "blogged", so if you're deciding to read this, bear with me. I know this first post will seem bland and unimportant, but I find it necessary to introduce myself to the site and my fellow bloggers, because I figure if you don't know a little about me, it will be difficult at times to understand my points of view.
Little B, AKA Brittany. That is who I am. I am 18 years old, a senior in high school, living in Dayton, Ohio. I am a full-fledged Democrat, and yes, I actually know which party I wish to affiliate myself with, even though I am young and all that nonsense. I get what I consider to be incredibly good grades (3.8 GPA) but I understand that that does not necessarily mean I am smarter than tons of people. In fact, it's incredibly likely that my ideas will end up being proven wrong, and I am completely okay with that. My government teacher told me something that I think is so true... That in order for democracy to work, every voice needs to be heard. With that said, I truly appreciate and encourage any feedback, criticisms, or compliments you may have for me.
By the way, I tend to be spectacularly good at using sarcasm to get my point across, so if that's not your cup of tea, I suggest you keep searching for a blog to read. Sorry guys, in advance. Sarcasm is probably the only tool I can wield against some issues. :) Enjoy.
