One of the greatest things you can do in life is to teach something truthful and useful to someone.

Although, most people learn most things with pictures, diagrams and graphs, many people learn more with sounds, speech and rhymes. Regardless of the polar aspect, both visual learners and auditory learners can improve their studies through listening techniques.
If you have an Ipod or other listening device, keep reading.
You can record the end of chapter summary of your textbook and listen to it before lectures. When you have multiple choice questionaires, simply record the question, pause 4 seconds and then say the answer: that way you can quiz yourself while looking at an unanswered version of the test. You can also record positve phrases that you can repeat 7 times like: "I am a good person. My studies will help humanity."
