Just to let everyone know, Monday, September 10th is National and International Hug Day! the day to give out hugs to people.
So on your day, open up and hug people.
A hug is a way to show affection, appreciation, friendship, love. A hug can express an emotion better than words.... so on monday, touch someone's life by giving him or her a hug... you don't have to know the person to make a difference.
for me ... a hug is just the perfect feeling.. it is the perfect combination of warmth, tenderness, strength, and compassion.
There is an internet show, Free Hugs Campaign, that shows people giving out hugs to strangers and calling it a 'random act of kindness.' The idea behind HUG DAY is to be selfless and show random acts of kindness. It shows that humans have it in them to be kind to people who they don't know. It started with a guy at the mall with the idea of giving out free hugs. He held a sign that read 'FREE HUGS' and had music with him. After a while, people began going up to get hugs from him. Because he didn't have liability insurance for his actions, the man was asked to stop and leave by security officials.

i know of the free hug campaign, i actually saw it on a Korean xchannel (south korea), they have an add campaign.....i like it, it's what you need on most days if not everyday
