Almost every night I get ready for bed, I am starlted by the sounds of black helicopters circling. As a naturally inquisitive person I wondered what the purpose of these strange helicopters were. I got several answers when I search on the web; to secure and maintain the safety of the americam peoples, to destoy, invade and errode the privacy of the american people without them knowing. Personally I agree with the second answer ever since the tragic events on september eleventh took place the freedoms of U.S. citizens have slowly diminshed since then. There are random bag searches in subways, monitoring foreign students including communications between civilians being intercepted by government officals. All to 'maintain our safety'.
In my sophmore year of high school i read 1984 by George Orwell. Around this same time period the film Children Of Men was released. Both depicted a futuristic dystopia that is slowly surfacing today, that many are not aware of. Everyday I wonder how people will behave when telescreens grace their furniture and food is rationed. Everything else is happening !!!! media is controlled by the elites and big corparation owners, the republicans vs. the democrats is an illusion and mass depopulation is occuring world wide. Everyday I wonder when will people awake from thier everyday lives of control, consumption and corruption and realized that they are living a lie and need to awaken!!
