getting a freaking loan

I am so tired of getting denied for student loans. Unless you're in a similar siruation then you probably don't have a clue what I'm talking about . You'll read this and go "I don't know why she can't get a loan I didn't have any trouble". If this is the case you are in no where near the same situation I am, good for you, but don't tell me I don't want to hear about it.
They basically always come back saying I'm denied because I have a limited credit histroy. I know I have no credit, I'm 19 where would I have gotten credit isn't one of the purposes of a student loan to gain credit? Then they will say something about try appling with a cosigner. Not everyone has parents who will cosign for them, sorry my parents are idiots, not my fault.
I'd think that society in general would be pleased that someone with my background (b/c of my dumb parents) would be exstatic at the fact that I want to go to school instead of knocking over 7 elevens or something( which is becoming more tempting on the daily). Just give me some f'n money so I can go to school, and get a job that pays more than 7.50 an hour. That's all I want, just to be a content contributing member of society, what's the problem?
Anyway if you have any ideas I'd love to hear them, otherwise I'm looking into becoming a bank robber.

Too bad the US wasn't like England or Australia...where school is practically free or wicked cheap...I feel your pain. Continuing education here in the US is extrememely expenseive, but it begs the question---at whose expense? It seems logical that we would want our citizens to be educated, right? However, many capable and bright students are denied an education because they cannot afford it...sad, sad, sad...

Our society emphasizes the NEED to get a college education and yet it's nearly impossible to just to live on minimum wage, let alone live and pay for school. If I worked anymore than I do, I'd fail out of school; the amount I work now is too much to handle at times and like you mentioned, I just want to graduate so that I can have a better paying job--to pay off school debts and live in less of a struggle ((I hope so anyhow!!!))

I'm in the same boat to get a loan, and if I find a solution I will let you know... my only option right now is to bill it to credit cards, which is a terrible solution.

...I'm left frustrated and baffled...
