I read another article in the Chicago Tribune today that Massachusetts Governer Deval Patrick allowed in his budget for girls ages 9 to 18 can get the new HPV vaccine for free. The congress is trying to fight it. I guess the bad thing is only if he doesn't have that money available. But if the money is available then why not. As I've said in my previous post about this, it is a great medical advancement that is available to the public right now. The article mentioned that Texas has now required that the HPV vaccine be madatory for all 11 and 12 year old girls to attend public schools. Virginia is also trying to pass this according to the article.
