So, if one is old enough to remember, we've dealt with people on the left railing against the 'religious right' . ..
Christians who are so evil as to be conservative.
Garrison Keillor, in 2004, 'joked' that christians should not be allowed to vote, comparing a christian's faith in christ akin to being 'from another country'
Scores of people ridicule the President's faith, some even calling him crazy for praying on matters of the War on Terror and National Security.
People railed against Huckabee for his Christmas Ad, creating a conspiracy theory that a window behind him was supposed to be a Cross.
Republicans are often ridiculed as being 'religious' as though it is a bad thing.
I wonder, then, what those types of people would make of something like this.
Senator Obama, attempting to reach out to the evangelicals, is pushing ads like that in Kentucky.
In my opinion, this act to get votes is disgusting. Especially since it was just a few months ago we heard about how small town folk 'cling' to guns ane religion. . . . (His followup was not to apologize for it, but to clarify how he regrets the press he's received over the word 'cling' . . . I'm sure he does.)
I'm interested in how those who look down upon the 'religious right' deal with Obama's pimping out of Christianity to try and get some votes in Kentucky.

They've posted a similar message on other blogs, and instead of unrelated blogs that they're 'referring' to.
On other blogs, that is generally referred to as 'blog pimping'
You can flag them for review and we'll look at it.

Well, I honestly don't care particularly about Huckabee's Christmas ad. I don't like him because I don't want any kind of evangelical (whatever the faith) in the white house.
As for Keilor, I think it's safe to say he was joking as he is a religious person.
