Amongst coy responses
Told to say what we might take
In stride to look like cake
Like a bad plot in a movie
This talk cant be real
Are people really listening intently?
Look at their faces as these words
Jumble out of lips built for lies
With the worst poker faces
Acceptance by millions of something
Built for fools,
but whos gonna call your bluff
when you speak as if you are joking
lives traded for 'freedom' as they say
but do you mean it?
Thieves sit in jail for pawning your watch
As murdering cowboys steal much more than that.
From leather seats, chuckling as you fall to their feet
Roll up the window on the limo as they say
"I've tired now of seeing all that I'm destroying,
I don't need to see it to know that I control it"
Not popular so why not push it?
Far further than most could have imagined
As you see the cycle coming back around
So soon…
Feeling foolish… millions start to get angry
As the finger start pointing up at the podium, they begin to see.
Its not just him… All of them are roaches!
Playing pin the tail on the dumbest donkey they could see
"We didn't know!" the crowd screamed.
"We were deceived too or else were to too stupid to see!"
but in facts replaced and faxed disgrace
the truth really is it doesn't matter what you say,
if all your doing is flinging shit at anyone you can see.

Thanks alot! Yes, this is my original work.. i am really proud of it because I am now able to truly express how I feel about this garbage that we call our government. I love the reactions that I get from actually speaking up however I please, but hey Thats what this country is REALLY about! Thanks for checkin it out, Ill definatly be checking out your stuff too.
