I think that Techno music may be the music of the future. It offers a repeated musical pattern that some find comforting and relaxing while some find is annoying. Do you think so?
Techno music is liked by some but it is also hated. The question is why is it hated and why is it liked? I like techno music because the repeation of the musical pattern is relaxive and fun to listen to. Others have told me that they don't like it because the songs are to long and they don't like it. I think this may be because they don't like to have a pattern of music that is repeated again and again. I believe they like a variance in their music. But is this the same for everyone or just the people that I questioned.
A question I should ask them is "Have you ever listened to techno music or are you just saying this because you don't even know what it is?" That is the question, do some of these people even know what techno music is.
techno has two meanings -- it's funny --
for europeans they mean stuff with no
vocals, really underground "hard" stuff --
for americans, when they say "techno",
often they mean what in europe is called
"dance". And "dance" in europe is a lot
more mainstream and pop-oriented
for "american" style techno (i.e. european
"dance"), the best example I've found is

I don't like techno music. I was forced to listen to it, and it either gives me a headache, or I get really irritated with it. Techno music is so repetetive(sorry I know you like that) and long. In my opinion, most of the techno songs sound the same and I can't listen to the same thing over and over again. That's just my opinion because I know some people who actually like it very much.
