So I was browsing around the other blogs, looking for some inspiration. Seeing how my last blog really didn't have much of a point and was kind of a bust, I wanted to stay more on topic with this one and create something that people would comment and discuss. So here it goes:
Homophobia and Homophobic ignorance makes me angry. I was reading an entry about someone who wondered when it was too young to "turn" gay. Can you honestly say that homosexuals decide to become gay? I don't know about you but, with all of the persecution and stuff that goes on directed towards homosexuals, I don't think I would want to wake up one day and decide, I think I will be gay today and for the rest of my life. People don't just do that. Would you put yourself in that situation? And by situation, I'm referring to the ridicule and mocking that they get a lot of the time because they're different. It's like me saying that right now I'm white, but I think that I'm going to decide to be black. Things like that just don't happen. People are born into a lifestyle. People are born white, black, asian, all sorts of ethnicities. The same way that people are born heterosexual, homosexual, trans gendered, etc. So please, respect the people who are living their lifestyle the way God intended them to and don't try to tell me that they choose to be that way. It's just a part of who they are.

I agree with you. Nice post.
