Eating disorders #2

I was just watching Oprah and I was shocked by one of her guests on the show.  The woman was suffering from anorexia, and she was 5'6" and weighed only 80 pounds.  She looked horrible.  And she said that every time she looks in the mirror, all she sees is fat.  She is nothing but skin and bones, but she can pinch a millimeter of SKIN on her stomach, and she thinks she's fat.  It was so sad.  Then, Oprah had interviewed one of her children, who was very young, and he had said that he wished his mother would eat more and he couldn't stand how his mother and father fight all the time about his mom not eating.  It was so sad how much this little boy understood about her condition.  He said that she would never be able to gain weight and get better because she never ate enough.  I hope that this woman will get help if only for her children.  She said that her boys have already started being worried about junk food and won't eat fattening stuff.  She is going to really hurt her children if she doesn't get help for herself and her kids.  I feel so sorry for her.

It's really ridiculous and really sad that women are going through this? why? perfectionism, the media and displays of beautiful and thin women.
Eat moderately and excercise-it's the only real healthy way to lose weight.
