Representation...

In black soicety there has never been a person to represent what is and may be left of us. A black man took a stand to show that whites are not always in control. Barack Obama. A man of color, who took a stand into poliics. Running against the fearsum whites. Clinton and Gravel. I want to say that Obama taking a stand and winning is a sign. A sign that tells African American, may I say, that they dont have to hide in the sadows of racism and the shadows of the white man. There are many sucessful African Americans in the world that are singers, rappers, actors, lawyers, doctors, etc., so why not have one as the President of the United States. A black man in office, may tell the white side of the owrld something about black. That they can have power, but they can consumer control as well. A white name, George Bush, ran for president and won because of his connections to the world, having family in every part of the US wont take you that far in the world. Obama, a black man, uses his voice of power, while Hilary Clinton uses what voice her husband had once upon a time. I'm all for a woman in office, but I prefer for my race to go ahead of my gender. Black have lived in the shadowsof whites for too long, its time for us to take a stand. Starting with Obama. Run. Vote, with Obama, Yes We Can!

It may come as a surprise, but not all of us white folk are racist and clueless idiots out to suppress people of color and control the world...

I have no problem with a person of any race, gender, sexuality, religion or anything being President. I just don't like Obama that much.

And, did you call Gravel fearsome? lol

I understand. I just find the labeling of Gravel as fearsome amusing.
