Just recently, I returned home from work one morning and so happened the CNN morning news cast was on with one of the main topics being of an incident that took place at a Washington D.C. based school for the deaf. Where a young African-American boy was held against his will by a group of young white boys who were a part or associated with the "Neo Nazi" organization. These boys ruthlessly violated this young man's civil rights by harassing him and drawing on his person, the letters KKK which stands for "Ku Klux Klan" (a white supremicist party) and the Nazi party symbol the Swastika of WWII.
Seeing this situation being presented to me on telecast re-opened my eyes to the hunted past our fore fathers before us endured as both whites and blacks, and seeing how their dark past has still found room to hunt us many years later. In other words, the young generation of today has still come to believe that the old ways of the '60's, '50's, and beyond, are the ways in which we as the future generations should live our lives and value as our own customs.
As the young generation of the future, we must open our eyes and increase our way of thinking (intellect) and put a stop to these customs of the past generations that hinder not only the future of our nation as a whole, but the potentially great futures of our offspring.
It is way overdue for us to finally wake up and come out from within the enclosed box of racism and prejudice. The young generations of today don't have a single clue as to why they are racists, their only explanation as to that fact is that it was what their fore fathers did and that they must continue with the tradition. This is nothing more than a great example of what our society has termed "monkey see, monkey do."
In true essence, there is no satisfaction that will come out of this way of thinking and acting. My young gerneration must end this insane behavior once and for all. For it is nothing more than pure foolishness. These customs must immediately be eradicated before they get worse and too late for repair.
So let us come together as human beings of the same make up, and understand that there is a more peaceful and unified planet out there waiting for us without hatred and indifference. But it starts with each and every one of us to do our part individually.

Good points made there. It's a pity why people continue with stupid things like this and have no real reason as to why they CHOOSE to do it. Why tradition cited as a reason for these people and their actions is beyond me.
